Steamed Back Shrimp with Garlic Vermicelli
1.
The raw materials are shown in the picture. You need more garlic, chopped green onion and chili for decoration, just a little
2.
Boil a pot of water first, add the vermicelli after the water is boiled, and cook for a while before it becomes soft. Take it out and soak in cold water
3.
Divide the minced garlic into two portions, and marinate one portion with a little salt
4.
Another portion of minced garlic is fried with a little oil on medium and low heat until golden brown
5.
Cut off the long beard of the shrimp, open the back, pick off the shrimp thread and wash it, and use the tip of a knife to chop the shrimp meat a few times to prevent it from rolling after being steamed.
6.
Mix two parts of minced garlic, add a little light soy sauce and oyster sauce, mix well
7.
Shred the vermicelli slightly, spread it on a plate, and put the shrimp on the plate
8.
Spread the minced garlic evenly on the shrimp meat and boil water. After SAIC, steam it in the pot for 3 minutes. If the shrimp is bigger, take a longer time, about 5-8 minutes.
9.
Garnish with chopped green onion and chili rings at the end, heat the oil and pour over it.
10.
This is made of live prawns that I bought before, and the color is very bright red after being steamed.
