Steamed Bacon with Garlic Vermicelli

Prepare materials.

The vermicelli is soaked in warm water.

Spread the cabbage leaves into the dish, and spread the soaked vermicelli on top.

Thinly sliced white radish

Then cut the bacon into suitable sizes and place them on a plate with the white radish.

Chop garlic, and mix the steamed fish soy sauce, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, sugar, and water into a sauce for later use.

Heat oil in a wok, add minced garlic and saute.

Pour in the prepared sauce and bring to a boil.

Pour the sauce into the plate and steam it on the pot.

Sprinkle some red chopped peppers.
Tips:
◎The sauce can also be steamed directly on the plate without boiling, and finally with less hot oil, sauté the minced garlic and pour it on.
◎There is no limit to the sauce. You can dip it with chopsticks and taste it after preparing it. Add the amount of ingredients according to the taste of each company.
◎The steaming time should not be too long. You can add more water to the sauce to prevent the vermicelli from being too dry.
