Steamed Chicken

Rinse and chop the chicken

Add green onions, minced ginger, salt, pepper noodles, chicken essence, monosodium glutamate, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, flax oil!

After mixing the seasoning! Wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the freezer (I marinated it in advance at night)

Take it out of the freezer the next day and add flour

Grab it again

Half a catty of flour, take the yeast, dissolve the baking powder with warm water, knead the dough and wake up (I probably woke up for more than ten minutes! I took the noodles before the meat)

Roll out the proofed dough (a circle smaller than the steamer)

Add the marinated chicken nuggets and leave a circle! As shown

Put it in a hot water steamer, steam for half an hour, turn off the heat, simmer for a minute or two, take it out! (When steaming, it’s time to get up air)
