[Lotus leaf powder steamed chicken nuggets] A little lotus leaf fragrance went to my cousin’s house, saw this lotus leaf, and asked for two back. To be honest, the lotus leaf bought outside is not as good as this one. This is picked by my relatives in my hometown. It's dried, clean and smells strong.
I want to use this lotus leaf steamed rice to cook porridge. I like the light fragrance most. "

Steamed Chicken Nuggets with Lotus Leaves

1. Material drawing, soak the lotus leaves in advance to soften.

2. Mix the broken rice with thirteen spice powder and stir-fry in a pan until fragrant. (If you don’t have broken rice, you can go to the supermarket to buy steamed rice noodles. It is mixed with ingredients and used directly when you go home. It’s easier)

3. Cut the chicken legs into pieces, soak in salt, and marinate with light soy sauce, salt, cooking wine, green onion and ginger.

4. Peel and cut potatoes.

5. Stir fried rice noodles into the marinated chicken nuggets.

6. Grab fully and evenly.

7. Take the cage, put lotus leaves on it, and put potato pieces on it. (Potatoes can also be used for flour, I didn’t grab them)

8. Put the mixed chicken wings on top.

9. Wrap it with lotus leaves. I use a lot of meat, and I can’t wrap it. I added a plate and steamed it in a basket. Bring to a high heat and steam it for an hour.

Tips:

The meat can be washed well with salt.

Potatoes can be replaced with pumpkin sweet potatoes or other favorite dishes.
