Steamed Chicken Nuggets with Taro

Remove the bones and meat from the chicken legs.

Cut into small pieces and add the seasoning to marinate thoroughly. I used the above seasoning.

Peel the taro and cut into pieces with a hob. The pieces should be larger and put in a bowl.

Mix the marinated chicken with the ginger evenly. I forgot when I took the picture, and later added it.

Steam in the basket, time after the water is boiled, 25 minutes. Pour out part of the soup after it is out of the pot, depending on the situation. The chicken will produce a lot of water during the steaming process. If it is steamed, it should be fully absorbed before serving. Put red pepper shreds, green onions, chopped coriander or nepeta and other seasoning and toning ingredients. I used red pepper shreds and nepeta leaves.
Tips:
1. Disposable gloves can be used to peel taro to avoid itchy skin after mucus sticks to your hands.
2. After the dish is out of the pot, it can be seasoned twice according to the taste, mainly light soy sauce or steamed fish soy sauce.
3. Thirteen spices are used in the seasoning. You can also replace them with large-grain spices, just follow your own habits.
4. You can also use chopped peppers or other sauces to steam chicken nuggets, they are all delicious.
