Steamed Chicken Wings with Fermented Bean Curd

Prepare all the materials

Thaw and wash the chicken wings, then use kitchen paper to soak up the moisture, and use a knife to scratch the meat twice.

Shred the ginger, pat the garlic into froth, add all the seasonings and chicken wings, stir well, and marinate for more than one hour

Add water to the pot to the lowest mark

Put the marinated chicken wings into the rice cooker

Enable the steam button for 30 minutes

Tips:
1. The longer the chicken is marinated, the more delicious it will be. It can be mixed in advance and placed in the refrigerator for refrigeration;
2. Different brands of fermented bean curd have different saltiness and no smallness. The taste must be tried by yourself before reducing the salt and soy sauce.
