A great home-cooked dish, the chicken is tender, the cordyceps flower is crispy, and the flavours of the two ingredients penetrate each other. The fried chicken is delicious, and even the juice is wiped out.

Steamed Chicken with Fresh Cordyceps

1. Prepare ingredients

2. Wash the chicken to remove fat, cut into small pieces of suitable size, adjust the appropriate amount of salt, oil consumption, light soy sauce, corn starch, chicken powder, and marinate by hand for 5 minutes

3. Add shredded ginger, white onion shreds, washed wolfberry, and red dates that have been pitted and shredded, and mix well

4. Wash the fresh cordyceps flowers, spread half of it on the bottom of the steaming dish, and mix half with the chicken nuggets

5. Flip the chicken nuggets into the steaming dish and pour peanut oil

6. Boiling water

7. Cover and steam for about 12 minutes

8. Sprinkle chopped green onion before serving

Tips:

To make steamed chicken, use tender chicken instead of old chicken. The steaming time should not be too long. It is better to control the amount within 15 minutes.
