Steamed Chicken with Fresh Cordyceps Flowers and Fungus

1. Prepare the ingredients, soak the fungus half an hour in advance

2. Wash 4 servings of 1 chicken to remove fat

3. Cut into pieces, add appropriate amount of salt, cornstarch, oil consumption, light soy sauce, salt and mix well
