Steamed Chicken with Hericium

Wash the chicken, cut into large pieces, tear the soaked Hericium edodes into large pieces, slice the ginger, and cut the green onion into sections;

Put the chicken nuggets, hericium, fungus, green onion and sliced ginger into the container, add cooking wine, salt, sugar, light soy sauce, oyster sauce and olive oil, put on disposable gloves, and mix well;

Tips:
1. Hericium erinaceus is a large succulent fungus in the deep mountain and old forest. It has high nutritional content and is a veritable high-protein and low-fat food. When soaking the hair, it should be soaked in rice water for 1-2 days in advance;
2. Cooking this dish in a steaming oven is simple and convenient. The time for marinating chicken and mushrooms should not be too short, otherwise the taste will not be sufficient;
3. Cover with plastic wrap during the steaming process to prevent water vapor from entering the dish and affecting the taste.
