Steamed Chicken with Mushroom

Soak the mushrooms and fungus.

Wash the chicken.
3.
Cut the chicken into pieces.
4.
Add the soaked mushrooms to the chicken, add salt, cornstarch, light soy sauce, ginger, and oil.

Mix well.

After the water boils, put it in a pot and steam it over high heat for 15 minutes.
7.
Out of the pot.
