Steamed Chicken with Winter Bamboo Shoots

Fresh hen chopped into small pieces, winter bamboo shoots and sliced

The chicken is marinated in salt and cooking wine and ginger for 15 minutes in advance

Blanch the winter bamboo shoots in boiling water for one minute, remove the mat and place it at the bottom of the steaming bowl

Marinated chicken on top of winter bamboo shoots

Steam in a steamer on high heat for 20 minutes and serve
