Ingredients: a slice of cod (500g), thaw in the refrigerator, wash and drain for later use; 1 green onion, washed and shredded, a small piece of ginger, 5g shredded; 2 teaspoons of olive oil or other vegetable oil, 1.5 tablespoons of 4K soy sauce , 1 tbsp boiling water, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/6 tsp white pepper. Put a little bit of green onion and ginger on the plate, then put the cod fillet on the plate, put a small pot of water in a large steamer, and turn on the stove. When the water is boiling, put the cod in the steamer and steam for 6 minutes (Picture 1), turn off the heat and simmer. Take out the steamed cod fillet in 2 minutes. You can put the fish fillet on the treat

2. 1 green onion, washed and shredded, a small piece of ginger, 5 g, shredded

3. 2 teaspoons of olive oil or other vegetable oil, 1.5 tablespoons of Kaleidoscope soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of boiling water, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 1/6 teaspoon of white pepper

4. Put a little bit of green onion and ginger on the plate, then put the cod fillet on the plate, put a small pot of water in a large steamer, and turn on the stove. After the water has boiled, put the cod in the steamer and steam for 6 minutes (Picture 1), turn off the heat and simmer. Take out the steamed cod fillet in 2 minutes. You can change the fillet to a clean plate when you entertain guests

5. In a small non-stick pan, set the stove on medium heat, add 2 teaspoons of olive oil, sauté the shredded ginger in Ingredient 2 (Picture 2), remove and place on top of the steamed fish, leave the oil in the original pan, turn off the heat, and put them in order. Add the remaining 3 ingredients and mix well to form a juice (Picture 4)

6. Spread shredded green onions on the steamed fish fillet (Picture 3), and pour the sauce over it
