Steamed Cod

After the cod is washed, apply appropriate amount of salt and black pepper on both sides, add cooking wine and ginger, and marinate for 20 minutes

During the marinating process, prepare other auxiliary materials: shred green onion, shred ginger, and mince red pepper.

After boiling hot water in the steamer, add the marinated cod. At the same time, sprinkle shredded green onion, appropriate amount of light soy sauce on the surface, and add a few drops of olive oil.

Steam on high heat for about 7 minutes.
Tips:
Be sure to grasp the time for steaming the fish, the fish will not be tender after a long time.
