Steamed Cod with Shiitake Mushrooms
1.
Ingredients: cod, shiitake mushrooms (the water used for soaking shiitake mushrooms cannot be thrown away), green onions, ginger, lettuce.
2.
After the cod is thawed, take a little salt and gently massage on both sides of the fish to facilitate the taste.
3.
Shred green onion, shred ginger, shred lettuce and set aside.
4.
Cut off the stems of the shiitake mushrooms.
5.
Cut into slices with an oblique knife.
6.
Place the green onion and ginger on the bottom of the plate.
7.
The cod is placed on green onions and ginger shreds.
8.
Place the shiitake mushrooms on the cod, put them in a steamer, steam for 8 minutes on high heat, and pour out the water from the bottom of the plate.
9.
Make the juice below: Pour an appropriate amount (about 40 grams) of shiitake mushroom water in the pot, heat it over the heat, add salt, steamed fish tempeh, and light soy sauce. When the soup is fragrant, turn off the heat and pour it on the shiitake mushrooms.
10.
Sprinkle shredded lettuce on top of shiitake mushrooms, put some red peppers on it, or leave it if you don’t, and drizzle with olive oil at the end.
Tips:
Set the steaming time according to the size of the cod. Wash the mushrooms first and then soak them. The soaking water can be used to make soup, and can also be used for cooking or adding to other dishes. If you like spicy, you can add chili when processing the soup.
