Steamed Crab with Fish Sauce

Prepared materials.

Clean the crabs and keep them in light salt water for about half an hour.

Peel off the shell, chop into small pieces, add salt, chicken essence, cooking wine, ginger, green onions and marinate for about half an hour.

Fish sauce, cooking wine, soy sauce, chicken essence, vinegar, sugar and ginger are added to make a juice.

Rinse the marinated crabs and put them in the prepared juice.

Cover with plastic wrap and steam on high heat for about 20 minutes.

Finally, sprinkle some chopped green onion on top and drizzle some hot oil.
