Steamed Crispy Pork

Slice green onion, shred ginger, mince green onion

Take half of the green onions and ginger into a bowl, add hot water and soak for a while

Peel the pork belly, freeze in the refrigerator until hard, then remove and cut into sections

Add 1.5 tablespoons of light soy sauce, mature vinegar, soaked green onion and ginger water and 0.5 tablespoons of salt to the meat, marinate for half an hour

After marinating, pour out the excess juice, beat in the eggs, add the sweet potato starch and mix well

Heat oil in the pan, the oil temperature is 70% hot, add the meat sections and fry them until golden brown and remove

Pour the boiled broth on a plate with fried meat, pick out the grass fruit, put it in a pot and bring it to a boil. Turn to medium-low heat and steam for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Tips:
Finally, take the grass fruit out and steam it, otherwise the medicinal smell will be too great
