Steamed Crucian Carp

The crucian carp should be killed and bought back, and washed with water.

After the water in the pot is boiled, add the fish and steam it. No need to put anything.

Cut the ginger onions and set aside.

The fish will be cooked after about 8 minutes of steaming.

Then pour out the water from the steamed fish (this will remove the fishy smell)

If you like to eat coriander, you can add it, I don't like it.
