Steamed Crucian Carp

1. After the fish is done, put salt in the basil, ginger and garlic. At the beginning, remember to put the water in the bottom of the steamer, remember to leave a partition in the middle of the steamer, and don’t overwhelm the dish

2. Steam the fish for 15 minutes and cut the ingredients within 15 minutes

3. After the steamed fish is served, put the ingredients into the pot and remember to put less oil

4. Add water to steamed fish drum oil and salt monosodium glutamate, etc. Do not boil dry

5. Just drizzle the ingredients on it and it’s ok. I don’t look good but it’s delicious

Tips:

Don’t use too many ingredients, no matter what kind of pot.
