Steamed Crucian Carp (spicy Sauce Version)

Wash the crucian carp with clean water, 2 garlic cloves + 4-6 slices of ginger + 4 green onions + a small amount of pepper + 1 spoon (5g) of cooking wine + a small amount of salt.

As shown in the picture, put the material in a good position and let it stand for about 1 hour.

The remaining green onion, ginger, garlic, wild pepper, millet spicy, cut the green pepper, and sprinkle with pepper powder (pictured).

Heat 50g of oil in the pot, pour it into the prepared ingredients, and choose the fragrance.

Add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, salt, sesame oil, and vinegar.

Cook the crucian carp for about 1 hour, and steam the carp on high heat for about 40 minutes.

After 20 minutes, take out the steamed crucian carp.

Spread green onions.

Spread the cold seasoning and let it sit for 5 minutes to let the juice blend in (according to personal taste, you can put some coriander or other spices).
