Steamed Dumplings with Bean Stuffing

Put water in the steamer, brush the grate with a little oil, put the large dumplings in the pot, and steam for 15 to 20 minutes on medium heat.

Tips:
Do not stir-fry the beans for a long time. The beans will be poured into the water and fished out in 30 seconds. This will break the beans, and they will be crispy after steaming.
