Steamed Dumplings with Leaves

Pour proper amount of water into the pot, put the washed pea sprouts into the pot after the water boils, boil for 1 minute and remove them.

Use a food processor to break up the pea sprouts and strain them with a sieve. The filtered pea sprout fiber is squeezed out of water with gauze for use.

Mix the noodles with 220g of filtered green juice, and knead the green dough for use.

Add the remaining seasonings to the meat filling, mix well, and then add the filtered pea sprout fiber and mix well.

Take the green dough and rush the seeds, put 10g of stuffing on 15g of one dumpling wrapper, and cover the other piece of dumpling wrapper.

Pinch the edges firmly and use kitchen scissors to cut out the shape.
7.
Pinch out the leaf lines on the surface with your hands.
8.
Put the wrapped leaf dumplings into a non-porous steaming tray, and adjust to normal steaming mode at 100 degrees for 10 minutes.
