Steamed Dumplings with Yuanbao

Half of the pumpkin is peeled and fleshed, the pumpkin is sliced, and heated in a microwave oven on medium-high heat for 14 minutes. Press the ripe pumpkin into pumpkin puree with a spoon, set it aside to cool, and press it into pumpkin puree with a spoon

Slowly pour water into the noodles (mix the cold boiled water and heat it with 1:1 water), knead it into a smooth dough, make the pumpkin puree before adding it and knead it evenly, put on the plastic wrap and let it stand for about 15 minutes

Put salt and pepper in the beef filling, whisk evenly in one direction, pour in water little by little, let the water completely enter the beef filling, add the minced ginger, add the cooking wine, and stir evenly. Add a piece of bisque and continue to beat until the bisque is completely melted in the meat. This step is very important.

Divide the dough, knead into long strips, use a knife to cut into small doughs of moderate size, press them into circles, and roll them into dumpling wrappers
