Cut the egg tofu into thicker sections for serving.

Leftovers of minced meat and egg tofu (no waste

Put the well-stirred minced meat on the plate, leaving a space in the middle for the eggs.

Beat the eggs into the plate

Boil the water in a steamer and steam for 8 minutes

Sprinkle with millet peppers (I put dried peppers) and green onions
Tips:
The egg tofu must be sliced thicker or it won’t be easy to put on the plate
