Steamed Egg with Clams

All the ingredients are ready

I bought clams and soaked them in water in advance to let them spit out the mud. I made them the next day after I bought them the night before. There was a lot of mud in the bowl.

Tips:
1. Either flower clams or green clams can be used for this dish. When you buy it, you must soak in water in advance to let it spit out the mud and sand. Add a little salt to the water so that the clams will not die.
2. If you want to make the egg custard steamed smooth, you must master the ratio of egg liquid to water. The ratio of egg liquid to water is 1:1.5, which should be diluted with warm water.
