Steamed Egg with Minced Meat

Mince pork and soaked shiitake mushrooms with the exception of light soy sauce (only half of the blending oil is put in, and the rest is used to pour the egg cooked)

Add boiling water after sending it (there are instructions in the small steal) to continue sending

Tips:
When adding boiling water, slowly pour the boiling water into the egg syrup with one hand, and hold the chopsticks in the other hand, so as to avoid boiling the boiled egg syrup to turn into egg syrup soup.
