Steamed Egg with Sticky Rice

Make a small hole in one end of the egg, remove the egg whites and leave the yolk.

Soak glutinous rice in water for 5 hours.

Cut the bacon into cubes, and then cut all the other seasonings for later use. (Personally like to eat bacon, if you don’t like bacon, you can add other meat)

Remove the water from the soaked glutinous rice, add salt and soy sauce.
5.
Put all the ingredients together with the glutinous rice, stir and marinate for 5 minutes.
6.
Put the glutinous rice into the egg with a spoon.
7.
Put it in a steamer and steam for half an hour.
8.
Out of the pot, it looks good and delicious.
