Steamed Eggplant

Cut the eggplant into strips and steam for about 10 minutes.

Cut green onion and minced garlic.
3.
Put all kinds of seasonings in a bowl and mix well.
4.
Heat oil in a pot, fry the chopped green onion and garlic, then pour the seasoning juice and add appropriate amount of water.
5.
Bring to a boil and pour in the steamed eggplant.
