Steamed Eggplant with Garlic

Prepare green onion, chopped pepper and minced garlic

Wash the eggplant

Tips:
1. The eggplant is soaked in light salt water before cooking to make it easy to soak, and the color will not change;
2. Fresh soy sauce is delicious, so don't add chicken essence or something.
