Steamed Eggplant with Garlic

1. Wash the eggplant and cut into sections.

2. Finely chop garlic.

3. Put the chopped eggplant into a bowl.

4. Put the chopped eggplant into the steamer.

5. Put the oil in the pot and add the minced garlic.

6. Add a pinch of salt and light soy sauce.

7. Pour in the steamed eggplant.

8. Finished product.
