Steamed Enoki Mushroom

Prepare all the ingredients, chop the garlic, remove the roots of the enoki mushrooms and clean them, and cut the shredded meat into shreds for later use.

Add light soy sauce, sugar, water, and oyster sauce to the pot and stir evenly. After boiling, add shredded pork and cook.

Arrange enoki mushrooms on a plate, top with garlic, shredded pork, and top with the prepared soup.

Put the prepared enoki mushrooms in the Zhenmi folding steamer and steam for 15 minutes.

Take out the steamed enoki mushrooms, put green and red pepper shreds, and serve while hot.
Tips:
The shredded pork and green and red peppers can be left alone.
