Steamed Fish

Catch the fish out of the water (it’s fun to skin it).

Remove the scales of the fish, and then cut away from the back.

Cut in half.

Cut the fish into small pieces and put them in clean water.

Remove and strain.

Add sliced ginger and Pixian bean paste.
7.
Add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, green onions, garlic, monosodium glutamate, chicken essence, steamed fish soy sauce, dried chili, and salt.

Stir well.
9.
Sprinkle in steamed meat powder.
10.
Stir well.
11.
Put pumpkin at the bottom of the tray.
12.
Spread the steamed fish and steam it for 20-25 minutes.
Tips:
Don't be impatient when eating, be careful of the fishbone and want to hug you affectionately.
