Steamed Fish (microwave)

Remove the scales and internal organs of the crucian carp and wash the gills. Sprinkle salt on both sides of the fish body

Put the steamer into the microwave and steam for 10 minutes

Tips:
1. 10 minutes for my fish bite is a bit too late, next time I will reduce it by 1 to 2 minutes as appropriate;
2. Spoon the fish oil hot enough to make the fish fragrant and fresh;
3. Pour out the fish juice when steaming fish and add light soy sauce, the juice will be very fishy;
4. The shredded green onion can be kept until the oil money is put on, and the color will be better, but I am afraid of eating raw food so I steam it together.
