Steamed Fish with Dried Radish

Wash the perch, this is the tidied fish bought in the supermarket

Hold the fish with one hand, and put the knife flat in the other hand. Place the spatula against the fish bone and put the fish under the slices. I only used half of the fish here.

This is my own pickled dried radish, which is half-dried radish and ginger slices, sprinkled with salt and put in a bottle, pour it into cold boiling water and marinate for about 10 days. Serve. Pour the dried radish water into the fish and catch it evenly, and rinse with water to remove the fishy. Marinate in the marinade for 10 minutes, add a little starch and a little oil, mix well and set aside

Tips:
The steaming time of fish can be controlled according to the amount of fish, generally not more than 5 minutes, so as not to affect the tender seasoning of the fish. You can increase or decrease the dried radish according to the saltiness of the dried radish. You can also buy ready-made Chaozhou pickled dried radish.
