Steamed Fish with Mustard

1. Any fish should be eaten by children, and it is best to pick one that has no thorns when picking it.

2. First scrape the scales to remove the internal organs of the fish, then rinse, separate the fish bones from the fish flesh, and marinate in salt for two minutes to rinse appropriately.

3. Then put the fish in the plate, add mustard, ginger, peanut oil, soy sauce (light soy sauce) and steam for 8 minutes.

4. Just add the green onion.

7. It is healthy and delicious with lettuce porridge.

Tips:

Any fish is fine, as long as there are fewer bones.
