Steamed Fresh Abalone with Gold and Silver Garlic

Prepare some fresh abalone and garlic

Abalone cut the bottom muscle with a knife, remove the sand sausage, and wash it

Use a knife on the front of the abalone to cut a little bit with a knife, so that it will mature more evenly and faster when steaming, and the garlic will taste easier on the top, and then put it back in the shell

Finely chop garlic, put half of it in a bowl, then add a little salt and crushed black pepper, pour over the garlic with 80% hot oil and stir.

The other half of the minced garlic is fried into golden brown with 50% heat, and then poured into a bowl of garlic paste
