Steamed Japanese Tofu
1.
Prepare yuzi tofu. Also called Japanese tofu. This is sold in big supermarkets.
2.
Prepare a ham sausage, I made this by myself. Cut into appropriate slices. Be careful not to be too thin. Spread evenly on the steaming pan.
3.
Squeeze the Japanese tofu gently with your hands into the steaming dish. Add a little salt and five-spice powder. Add a little oyster sauce and evenly drizzle with sesame oil.
4.
Put water in the pot, put the steaming rack, and bring the water to a boil.
5.
Steam on medium heat for 15 minutes.
6.
Sprinkle with coriander and top with soy sauce leaves and turn off the heat for five minutes to make it more flavorful. Just start the pot.
