Steamed Lion Head

1. Mince lean meat, ginger and garlic

2. Tofu pressed into puree

3. Shred the tender pumpkin and chop finely

4. Put minced meat, tofu and pumpkin in a large bowl, add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, water starch and stir in the same direction

5. Take an appropriate amount of stuffing and put it on your hands, beat it with your left and right hands, and place it on the plate after it is done.
