Steamed Loach

The slaughtered loach should be washed with water;

Drain.

Put in a big bowl

Pour in the five-spice steamed meat powder;

Put all the mixture in the plate and put on the steamer;

Steam for 15 minutes on medium heat.

Mix ginger, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, monosodium glutamate, spicy oil, sesame oil, and pepper noodles to make a topping.

After turning off the heat, simmer for 10 minutes before opening the lid;

Pour the sauce on top and sprinkle the green onions.
