Steamed Long Lee Fish Fillet

Thaw the longli fish into thin slices;

Marinate the Long Li fish fillet for a while;

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, then put the fish fillet on the pot and steam for 6 minutes;

Pour out the steamed water in the plate, pour in an appropriate amount of steamed fish soy sauce, add shredded green onions, and pour in hot pepper oil.
Tips:
1. When marinating fish fillets, you can add ginger shreds.
2. Before the fish fillets are steamed in the pot, it is best to put a thin layer of oil on the plate to prevent the fish fillets from sticking to the plate after being steamed;
3. Scallions are for decoration, you can choose by yourself;
4. Pour the hot pepper oil to increase the fragrance, if you are afraid of getting greasy, don't let it go.
