Steamed Loofah with Chopped Pepper and Garlic

Soak the vermicelli in boiling water in advance, remove the water-controlled vermicelli and put it on the plate.

Peel the loofah and put it in with a knife.

Heat oil in a frying pan, add garlic and chopped peppers and saute until fragrant.

Add water, light soy sauce, sugar and salt to boil.

Pour on the loofah.

Steam in a pot of boiling water for eight minutes.

Pour hot oil out of the pan and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
