Steamed Lotus Root Folder

Cut the pork into small pieces, add salt and pepper and stir in one direction.

Peel the lotus root and carrot.

Cut the lotus root into thicker sections. Cut the lotus root in the middle, but don't cut it off completely.

Cut the carrot into thick slices and put it on the plate.
