Steamed Mushrooms

Wash the roots of the fresh shiitake mushrooms and set aside.

Add two or three garlic heads to the lean meat, mince it (you can also beat it with a blender), then add some cooking oil to the minced meat, stir and set aside for cooking wine. Dice carrots and finely chop fungus.

Then pour the minced meat, diced carrots, and fungus together and stir well.

Put the mushrooms one by one on the minced meat and put them on the plate.

Put it in the pot and steam for 10 minutes.

Take a little steamed mushroom juice, put a little oil in the pot to heat, add garlic, add soy sauce, oyster sauce and mushroom juice.

Finally, pour the prepared sauce on the steamed mushrooms.
