Steamed Noodle Dish

Wash the noodle dishes and drain the water. Drain the water as much as possible so that the steamed vegetables will not stick together

Pour a little peanut oil and mix well

Add the flour and corn flour in portions and mix well. I added about half of the corn flour. Let each leaf be covered with a layer of powder. Too little powder is not delicious

Wet the steaming cloth, wring out, and spread on a basket

Spread the vegetables in water, spread them loosely, and steam for 7 or 8 minutes.

Prepare the sauce, put the chopped green onion and garlic in a bowl

Heat the oil in a pot, add the peppercorns and dried peppers and fry until fragrant. After draining the peppercorns and dried peppers, pour the hot oil on the chopped green onions and garlic

Add light soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil and salt to make a sauce
