Steamed Pork

Beef slices, chopped green onion, and minced pepper.

Stir-fry the watercress until fragrant, add chili noodles, and stir well.

Pour over the beef, add fermented bean curd, monosodium glutamate, chicken essence, chopped green onion and pepper, steamed pork rice noodles, water and mix well.

Poke the oranges and hollow them out, put the beef in, steam for 10 minutes in the pot, set a plate, and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
