Steamed Pork and Rice Set

Cut the pork belly into thin slices and add the steamed pork seasoning.

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, and a little water. Grab the meat slices evenly, place them in a bowl and marinate for 15 minutes.

After washing the rice twice, put it in a rice cooker and add an appropriate amount of water.

On the second layer, cover the steamer that comes with the rice cooker, put the steamed meat in, and steam a purple potato and corn by the way.

Close the lid of the rice cooker and select the fine cooking function.

Slice the cherry tomatoes, put them in another container together with the white jade mushrooms and sliced cucumbers, add salt and oil and mix well. When there are 8 minutes left in the program, take out the steamed meat and put the vegetables in until the end of the program. Simmer for another 5 minutes and the food is all cooked.
Tips:
1. Steamed pork seasoning can be bought in supermarkets.
2. Add a small amount of water to melt the steamed meat seasoning slightly, so that the steamed meat is soft and delicious.
3. Compare the size of the container in the steamer in advance, and close the lid of the rice cooker. Otherwise, when you are ready, you suddenly find that the size is not suitable and you will get confused.
4. If you don't like the lightness of the vegetables, you can add a little light soy sauce and oyster sauce after the pan, the taste will be better.
