Steamed Pork Ribs

Soak the ribs for 3 hours in advance to remove blood, and change the water 3 times in between.

Wash the ribs, drain the water, add chicken powder, salt, light soy sauce, cooking wine, and five-spice powder.

Add minced ginger.

Add steamed pork rice noodles, marinate for 30 minutes.

Cut the potatoes into thick slices and spread them on the bottom of the plate.

Serve the ribs.

Put it in a pressure cooker, steam it for 30 minutes.
8.
Sprinkle the steamed ribs with chopped green onion.

Please adjust the marinating time flexibly according to the size of the ribs. In short, the longer the marinating time, the more delicious it will be.
