Steamed Pork Ribs
1.
Clean the ribs, remove and drain the water, add the cooking wine, sprinkle onion ginger slices, chili noodles, Pixian bean paste, five spice powder, pepper powder, light soy sauce, salt, edible oil, stir well, and marinate for 1 hour.
2.
Put the dried rice in a wok, heat it without water and oil, and stir-fry (low fire) until the rice grains are slightly yellow, then turn off the heat and serve.
3.
Stir-fry millet in the same way.
4.
Put the fried rice grains into a food processor and break them into granular rice (the millet does not need to be broken, just keep it intact).
5.
Pour the crushed rice and millet into the ribs. You can also add a small amount of water and mix well so that the surface of each rib is evenly covered with the crushed rice and millet.
6.
Cut the potatoes into 1 cm thick slices, wrap the remaining rice and millet, arrange them neatly on the bottom of the steamer, and place the ribs on top.
7.
Cover the steamer lid and steam on medium heat for about 80 minutes to get out of the basket.
