Steamed Pork Ribs Homemade Recipe

Soak the lotus seeds for a few hours in advance, wash the lotus root, peel and cut into small pieces for later use, cut the green onion into sections, and slice the ginger

Wash the fresh lotus leaves with water and blanch them in boiling water for later use

Tips:
1. After the lotus seeds are soaked, the lotus heart needs to be removed to avoid bitterness;
