Steamed Pork Ribs with Lotus and Corn

1. Chop the ribs into equal lengths, wash them with warm water, and drain the water.

2. Put in a little Kimlan soy sauce one by one.

3. Add a pinch of salt.

4. Add a few black peppercorns.

5. Add a little garlic paste.

6. Add ginger shreds.

7. Then add mint leaves, mix well, put in the refrigerator to preserve fresh and marinate for about 4 hours.

8. Soak the glutinous rice for 4 hours in advance.

9. Wash the lotus leaves and set aside.

10. Wash corn and chop into pieces for later use.

11. Marinate the ribs, add a little cornstarch and stir well.

12. Coat the soaked glutinous rice evenly.

13. Spread the lotus leaves in a steamer, and put the wrapped glutinous rice ribs and corn segments in turn.

14. Finally wrap lotus leaves.

15. Pour water into the pot and put it in a steamer. Steam for 40 minutes on high heat until cooked.

Tips:

1. Add a little cornstarch to the ribs before wrapping the glutinous rice to make it more tender and also help to wrap the glutinous rice.

2. Adding a little mint leaves is also very fragrant.

3. When marinating ribs, you can marinate according to your own taste, but when marinating ribs, you must give enough salt at one time!
