Steamed Pork Ribs with Lotus Glutinous Rice

Soak the ribs in water for half an hour! Change the water halfway! Bleeding water

Wash the glutinous rice, soak it in cold water overnight, at least 5 hours or more,

Drain the ribs, add all the seasonings, mix well, and refrigerate overnight! At least 2 hours!

Get up the next morning, wash the lotus leaves and soak for half an hour! Boil in a pot under cold water for 5 minutes! Drain the glutinous rice for later use! (If there are fresh lotus leaves, they can be used directly after washing)

Put the glutinous rice into the ribs and mix well!

Tear the lotus leaf in half, (my lotus leaf is a bit big), put it on the steamer, grab the ribs
